Speech-to-Speech Pt 2 (with Dr. Bob Segalman)

Speech-to-Speech telephone service uses trained communication assistants as revoicers for people who have trouble being understood on the telephone. Dr. Bob Segalman's efforts have benefitted all people with speech disabilities, giving them telephone access like never before.
