  • The video was very nice. I didn't see any monarchs in this footage though. Was it mislabeled? I'm actually looking for monarch migration footage to borrow for a children's video I'm making for my internship (on monarch migration). If you can find the correct footage and are willing to let me use yours, I would be happy to cite you /your webpage in the credits! Contact me if you are interested! ~Teri

  • It finally took it, must have just been slow You-Tube response.

  • Pretty video, I am always happy when I can get a butterfly on video, but I only get a few seconds of them, you have a nice long and great looking catch here.

I tried to give you the Green Thumb but it won’t take it.

    I will try again.

    Have a fun day.

  • Great filming! This is very pretty! Nice music too! <3

  • Very nice!!!

  • Lovely film. Here on the West Coast, we tend to think of the Monarchs as "ours"; great numbers of them actually choose to winter over in eucalyptus groves around the Monterey Bay (Pacific Grove and Santa Cruz). It's interesting that the markings on our West Coast Monarchs are slightly different from yours, though they are clearly the same animal.

Thank you for your work putting together this delightful video, and thanks for sharing it here.
