Crocheting Phat Dreadlocks

just a demo video of me using a crochet hook to neaten up my quite phat dreadlocks. enjoy! oh and by the way these dreads are all natural, no bullshit wax and other products, I hate palm rolling and thus never do it so only thing I do to keep em' looking phat and sexy is crochet the loose hairs back in every day.

all I can say is been crocheting my dreads for 3 years now, they are almost double the length now as shown in this video!!! and they're still looking great, and NO crocheting does not damage dreads... not unless ur using a crobar to crochet ur locks!!!

I really hate it, but i love your locks anyway, especially the massive one on the right side of your head.

How long were your dreads, when you started them? Cos they seem quite short for 2 years.

@HealingHerbsByRene You're going to read that peanut butter and grease is good for locking too. Be careful believing everything you read.

Take a look at how very MANY people crochet and see how long they have been doing it. If it damaged their hair they wouldn't still have dreads. I know a girl that has had them for 8 years, and used to crochet all the time.

I am sure a lot depends on hair type as well. Make sure you're reading from reliable sources and just do what you'e comfortable with.
