It was a fantastic achievement - I was there for a lot it, and he rules were strictly enforced. 5 hours break every hour which you can save up. To get 40 mins he had to play 8 hours without a break. amazing atmosphere in the bar. Well done Dave!

People should really check their facts before leaving comments on Youtube......
Dave Browne played for 114 hours and 20 mins, i was there for the last 20 odd hours of it so don't try to tell me any different!
The rules were strict and 114 hours is a huge achievement!
It was a huge effort from everyone involved, from the musicians to the staff of Temple bar and everyone inbetween!
Well done Dave, take no notice of the mindless wankers who say otherwise!
