Add some variety to your regular DB benchin' with this variation. Improves shoulder stability and challenges the core more than a regular DB bench.

  • Strong, but whats the purpose of those mini stepup boxes at your feet?

  • The boxes are there to decrease the strain/arch on my fuc#ed up lumbar spine...I had a spinal tumor removed many years ago that still causes a ton of pain..

  • @OHWolves1694 Its interesting you don't get the concept of a COMMENT page.I wasnt telling anyone to do anything. If you do any training of your own, you'd notice that people often offer experiences&ideas 2 each other.That's what I was doing. Instead of trying to start something, you should probably ponder the difference between sharing&teaching.Trainers OFTEN exchange ideas&thoughts. Joe shared a vid for all of us,& I commented on something i do for anyone it may help.
