Well i wouldn't suggest pulling out the "Dimebuckers" and "Metal Zone" for the next version. It sounds like it could be the recording or the room you're playing in.

@EddieBear631 £10 webcam doesn't help with the distortion !!! Even the clean bit's sound dirty !! P.S. I've never heard the Black Crowes described as 'Honky-Tonk' before !! Rock on Buddy.
