@HonorableTheft That is like saying that men should not sing Etta James or Karen Carpenter, because they cannot possibly struggle as much with the deep notes. Falsetto is but one of the many technical resources a singer has to convey or express a feeling or emotion with their voice. Competent singers can cover a wide selection of styles while still sounding wonderful and touching. I think, for my part, that she sounds as sweet as Mika himself rarely does. I can sure find lots of life in that.

I am biased, so my opinion isn't the best as critique, but just as a personal thought. Women, shouldn't sing MIKA... when a man goes in to falsetto, you know that he is at his peak of his level, where there is no return to normality or comfort. That is when he is at his most vulnerable, but most beautiful. When women float up to the notes, rather than struggle, it takes away from the weight... but all around nice cover. If you listen closely, you hear no struggle of life. Sorry if that is harsh.
