Bleach lightener is a powder or paste hair lightener mixed with developer. I used the term because I didn't want to give the impression that the lightener I was using is the only one that can be used. Several manufacturers make them, you can find at Pro Beauty Supply stores in your area or at Sally's Beauty Supply.
