The truth is that blacks cannot compete with whites in intelligence. Everybody knows this but just won't say the truth. When the Hispanics take over-which they will- they will not make excuses for black failure the way liberal whites do. Blacks are on their way out. There are not that many white liberals left to tolerate black behavior.

is it an "essential need" to have "diversity" in the fire service? Or is it an essential need to have the most qualified men for the firefighter positions.
No one complains about the essential need for more diversity in the NBA where blacks are disproportionately represented. Double standards. These guys have no case and don't present anything of substance and just shout "diversity" and slogans. Eventually justice will prevail over all this race bullshit.

the fire service is a great service as stated in the end of the nineth minute.
however... there is needed a lot of discussion for theis topic, but to find it greivious that the courts may hear the case they are way off base... allow it an let justice prevail.
There is no such thing as a reversed discrimnation... anyways you package it discrimnation is just plainly discrimnation
