Well the core problem in Algeria is purely educational, human-relations, and failure of raising a well-bred citizen!!! Yes, this is what I think is suposed to treat as a main issue in our country! If yo're crossing a road and a driver hardly slows down at your toes, disregading law and human-respect! This is a citizen-to-citizen relation, so how far can a gvrnmt respect it's citizens! Charity begins at home and teaching people human empathy and sympathy is highly recommended!
