Each year as children start their particpation in youth sports, specifically football, the issue of weight loss is brought up as more and more kids are obese and overweight for their age. They need physical activity but may be too big for their division. The number 1 question I get while performing pre-particpation physicals is how can my child lose weight fast? Thsi video will give you the simple strategies to help your child lose weight safely and also why the whole family must eat better and be more physically active. It is mostly about eliminating many foods and minimizing tv and computer time and replacing that time with physical activity.
