MusicInteract is like a Virtual Piano Teacher. This product shall by no means replace a professional teacher, however, it can be used in a teaching environment to enhance the learning experience by means of technology. This music software product is ideal for group environments and can be used at the student's home for daily practice sessions and sight reading.

  • does it work for mac?

  • @masterpatricZeta3 Unfortunately is does not support midi files for a very good reason. Midi cannot be rendered into music in its orriginal printed format. A Mac version is nearly completed and shall soon be released. Look for it within the next month or two at most. Development is wrapping up this week, and going through the QA phase. An iPad version is still being developed and expected to be released this summer. Visit treblis dot com for more information.

  • I have tried MusicInteract 4.0 including 4.0.8 but have never been able to use it because it is to hard to read. The note heads are not centered on or between the stave lines also the note heads should fill the space between the lines.

  • @PublicYahoo Thanks for your feedback. The next version of the product will have small adjustments making it easier to read. Please feel free to contact support on the Treblis website to report any issues. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the product. Much effort is being placed on the Mac and iPad conversion for the time being.

  • MusicInteract 4.0 is just released. There is a half dozen Christmas music in the directory with more to come. MusicInteract 4.0 support screen size adjustment and support for large music files. Enjoy!

  • Since it displays music notation so beautifully (better than any other similar sightreading programs), then it must be using something other than midi files, like XML. Will it be importing musicXML files (from your own hard drive) in the future?

  • @andymathteacher A file based musicXML is possible, but having the files accessible online provides more copyright protection. The product is currently free for use, but someday the online directory will require login access and some form of payment. A version 4 is nearly ready with screen sizing ability and improved menu. The Mac and iPad version is under development.
