What the fuck is with EVERYONE these days wanting to rip credit away from the US and call it their own achievement? It's like it's the cool thing to completely downplay the US now. I can't figure out if it's because everyone just hates the US that much that they need to stoop to that level, or because they just genuinely want credit that isn't due. The Camaro can live without Canada, but it wouldn't exist without the US. Furthermore, the Camaro in this vid isn't factory anyways so it's moot.
@ALPHADOG3 But its american tech right... no camaro woulda ever been built without detroit. And the V8 in this thing is credit to gm's post war 50's era with oldsmobile having their first OHV v8, and then the expansion and evolution of the idea into the 60's when the "modern" V8 was made. I know they advanced more but i mean without the wide style 180 deg. intakes and all the unique 50's stuff going on. Any big block crate motor is modeled after a late 60's or early 70s Big block.
