Democratic society is opposed to the spirit of egalitarian society; in democracy the many get to dominate the few and the few often have no voice.

In a egalitarian society every sector of society has a voice and the many must respect the few and vice-versa. In an egalitarian society each group would have representative from that group; and the main part of the administrative government would chosen by merit of the best of each group and then of the whole.
