Who says there won't be any couples?!
At least there will be M&M assuming I finally come around to do it. This series would basically be about how Michael and Maria come together without the alien aspect at first.
The first part is actually nearly half way done.

Wow - that was riveting.
You know what I wished the show had done? The show should have delved into the fact that Liz sacrificed everything to save everyone else and as a result - Alex died. In the original timeline, Alex wasn't killed by Tess - because Tess left, remember? That'd be an awesome vid. I always hated that they never had the others recognize that they lost Alex because of the altered timeline.

Well, that's open for discussion, since she actually didn't stay away from Max or he not from her, so they only changed the future a little bit. If Max and Tess would have become a couple and were happy, Tess wouldn't have had a reason for wanting to leave the planet and therefore needing Alex to translate the book, which in the end killed him.
