I love the ideology behind crossfit and think that the training is revolutionary - it should put regular gyms out of business. But from the outside, it looks too "rah-rah" for me. Reebok seem to stress the competition and performance over well-being and fitness benefits. I have happily changed my own workout but would be very hesitant to attend a crossfit gym.

Crossfit combined with Paleo Lifestyle Design (See itsPALEO as a starting point) cannot be beat. Great video. So representative and exciting. Like if you combine PALEO and CROSSFIT.

Love Crossfit. Heck, i just finished a 27 minute Crossfit "torture session" an hour ago. It's the most fun I've ever had working that hard. Definitely a community feeling in a Crossfit box (gym).
