Miley Cyrus New Album Breakout

All the latest dish on Miley Cyrus' latest musical installment. The teenage triple threat seems poised to further her takeover of the entertainment world with her new album BREAKOUT. The album's release date is July 22nd but Miley's single "7 Things" is already getting serious radio play across the country and is currently sitting pretty at number three on the Billboard Charts.

Similar to her Hollywood Records label mate Hillary Duff, Miley Cyrus is a raging success in the highly lucrative tween market. Apparently kids these days have all the cash.

The fifteen year old star who was born with the name Destiny Hope Cyrus became an overnight sensation when she landed the gig on Hannah Montana. Following the success of the show, Cyrus went on to release an album in which she sang eight songs from the Disney hit.

The sales of her album and tickets for her tour landed her on Forbes' Top 25 under 25 list in 2007. So, it was only natural that the next step is Hannah Montana-THE MOVIE. The release date is tentatively scheduled for May 2009.

Now, Miley's incredible success has made her an obvious target for the tabloids. And her recent Vanity Fair cover, shot by famed photographer Annie Lebovitz was only fueled the fire. The shots of Miley wearing only a sheet left some parents outraged. Cyrus and Lebovitz both apologized for what seemed to be a misinterpretation of what I think is a beautiful portrait.

Personally, I think Miss Miley deserves a break---what other fifteen year old do you know could seamlessly host an event like the CMT Awards?

I have Mileys new album and it is awesome! she is a great actress, singer and songwriter! she deserves everything good! she has made something good of her life, and she is power! why are people mentioning the vanity fair? like people have said on here there is nothing wrong with it at all, she is not showing anything else apart from her back! get a life!
