True, it was in a packed pub and filmed on a compact camera not a camcorder.
Shame the sound was awful, but it did improve about half way through for some reason

I'd like to have been there, I interviewd Mike once for the International songwriter magazine, he's a nice bloke. Did you know he also wrote "A finger of fudge is just enough to give your kids a treat"

Haha, I didn't.... but half way through the performance he played a verse of it. He then went on to say that at this point of the show he usually handed out "Fudge" bars... but couldn't today 'cos he wasn't being paid enough!!
We met him afterwards and as you say, a genuinely nice bloke.
