What is the maximum user height on this gym? I'm 6'5 so I have to always look up a max user height.

I think at 6'5" you might find certain exercises hard to do. I am 5'10" and I fit pretty comfortably on the padded area but without a lot of room to spare.

@TheWildbill242 thats the same thing i wanted too. i have this but felt the instructions were a little vague..i would like too have an day to day workout routine too do on this everyday..have you found one/ if so reply back please

Did my first workout on it. I love it!. Workouts like the chest press, pec fly, and core workouts are better then what the gym offers. I really like the resistance bands at the bottom. Unline the total gym, I will not outgrow this machien because of the resistance bands. No need to go to the gym anymore.

How is this compared to the total gym? Found one on craigslist for $150, barely used. Will be picking it up tomorrow to get my fatass in shape.

@9840sam Yes, I just sit in a half-squat position on the inclined pad and then do crunches upward with my arms crossed over my chest. It works well with good form.

I've had it for about a year and use it every other day (I run the other days) and it is almost in brand new condition. It's a great value. Seriously.

I've had this machine for a little over 3 years and I like it. The instructions for various excercises could be better but the U-Tube has a lot of good, short videos. Just about anything that can be done on the Total Gym can be done on this machine. Wal-Mart, on line store, has a real good price and they can deliver to home or the nearest Wal-Mart for pick up.
