A quick view with Jokbal(boiled pig's feet)

Hi, everyone. It's been a while since the last video I posted. Sorry for that!
I'm leaving a quick view about Jokbal. Jokbal and bosam are two famous dishes Koreans love to eat. Jokbal is basically boiled pig's feet and bosam is boiled pork. Let me tell you how jokbal is made. Shaven pig's feet are boiled in a pot filled with various ingredients such as garlic, ginger, rice wine, sugar and soy sauce. After the meat on the feet becomes sof, they're de-boned. The mat is sliced and sered with fermented shrimp sauce, which is called "saeu-jeat". Now to bosam. Bosam is the meat from the pig's legs of neck. The meat is boiled until the pork is tender enough to eat. It's served with a very sweet type of Kimchi made from dried-radish. Both dishes go perfectly with soju!

@expatkerri I shot this video at 공덕market near by 공덕station. Take the subway line 5, get off at 공덕station and get out of exit 5. After that, just go straight about 30meters! Since there're tons of vendors who sell 족발 there, it'll be so easy to find^^

And places you can have 족발 are all scattered in Korea :D
