Yes Boss!! I got into House by pure accident! A skirt I met in a clothing store told me to try out Turbo in downtown Toronto around 2000. As they say, the rest is HISTORY. House music finds you...not the other way around. I gave up on Hip-Hop after it lost it's consciousness & the hatin', gang-banging lyrics. House music is always POSITIVE!

@chipsinga I just realized you're European, Lithuanian. It would be next to impossible for you, as young as you are, to know what House is all about. Allow me to recommend some music because it all starts with the music. Start with the classics.....Mr. Fingers, Armando Allen...there are plenty of their songs on youtube. Then browse in the related songs list. Then search for DJ Taelue/ Nick Shaw..he's a true Chicago House DJ on youtube. Absorb the music then start dancing...

@chipsinga I don't mean to diss but these steps have absolutely nothing to do with House music or how we danced to it. This is like some choreographed video dancing. House has nothing to do with that at all. It was open-style, no choreography, but there was a disctinct style that came from the music. If you haven't spent time at real House club, of which there are very few these days, you can't really know the style or the feel. But it all starts with the music and that music isn't House.
