Body stats:

Weight: 232-225 weight range
Height: 5'7
Bodyfat: ??? (last time it was 24%)

Last week during deload week I got bored so I did some flexing for fun, I am not a bodybuilder I am a chubby overweight powerlifter, so don't expect super toned abs or biceps like ronnie coleman.

Also I am not some guy trying to gain weight on purpose to get fatter and get my stomach bigger on purpose either, I know some people are into fat people with big guts, but I am not one of those persons.

Right now I just consider this a long long off season phase in a way, I plan to get cut and lean later down the road but probably not for a while, it depends when I get off my lazy butt and throw in cardio again haha. I just like to like to lift and get stronger for powerlifting right now for the most part.

As of now I like to train like a powerlifter mostly, and seem to get more satisfaction out of getting stronger and lifting bigger weights over looking lean and cut right now.

I just don't have the discipline right now to go on a healthier eating routine or doing cardio. I just want to lift and eat whatever I want pretty much right now.

My next powerlifting meet I may try to slim down into the the 220 class, but after that I may plan on losing more weight but slowly probably in hopes I don't burn off to much muscle to quickly and in hopes I don't lose to much strength.

I would like to be able to bench press 405 raw, and deadlift and squat 500 raw in the 242 or 220 weight class, and maybe eventually the 198 class.

  • upper back could be so powerful, just my observation, but if you built more on the Traps, damn... big bench and friggin' amazing numbers on your already impressive lat pulldowns.

  • Will see what happens I have been using the 5/3/1 for upright rows to help build bigger and stronger traps.

  • already have for a while, diet is a lot cleaner, down to 219 pounds now, was about 235 in this video, and have dropped my bodyfat, and my waist, down to about a 39 inch waist now, was about 41-42 in this video. Hope to be down to 200 by January.

  • @WeightLifterNerd enjoy it now my friend but please consider proper dieting and cardio later. You'll live a lot longer.

  • My bodyspace is right here, also bodybuilding hasn't been my main focus lately, I am not motivated to diet or do cardio, I just am enjoying lifting bigger weights and eating whatever i want right now.

    I certainly have no intention of joining that bodybuilding forum, because they seem to let immature assholes who have no videos run around on there and shit talk people who actually have videos, some assholes from that site harassed me, and my friends dave and nate who work our asses off.

    Since I'm in a gym now lately I've been sticking to free weights and db presses and flys. I'm slowly working my way up but I can db press 75 about 12 times which isnt too shabby I guess. Hey I forgot to ask you if you had a body space account?

    Yeah it was just a mini pose I was mainly just testing out different places for better lighting before I do a full pose video soon, and may even get my bodyfat tested soon as well to see if it is slightly lower then last time.

    I think when I posed in this video I was close to 230 or 232 that day. I don't think i weighed myself that day.
