@adam765432 I'm not really sure what to call it either! I'd almost call it a Surfboard Backslide Pin. I've seen the set up submission referred to as several things: Romero Special, Romero Surfboard, Surfboard, Mexican Ceiling. Never seen this pinfall variation before though. Definitely a good spot. I really like the variation of this hold where the wrestler doesn't lift the opponent in the air and instead releases the opponent's arms and locks in a dragon sleeper.
