Excellent point if the interview had been at 6am, except that it wasn't. Deciding to answer "When did your band form?" with "I don't know" has nothing to do with a question being out of bounds, that all to do with being a jerk.

haha I think the truth is they are both kinda in their own world, both Billy Bob and the interviewer. They both have power. We can agree on that right? Sirius is a big name and so is Thorton. Then again people don't have to be famous in order to not clique. Who cares that much. I loved Bad Santa and don't care much for his music. I don't even know the guys name for Sirius, but he does seem like a smug dipshit. Who knows.

The CBC interviewer had agreed not to talk about BBs acting career. Then introduced him as an actor on the radio show. Most people would have been upset.

Billy Bob Thornton is known as "Bud" in the band and he wanted the interview to be about the band and not him and his acting career, but as soon as the interviewer mentioned him as an actor, most viewers\listeners have already started paying attention to Billy Bob Thornton the actor and not Bud the musician. Although Bud might have been an ass during the interview, once the interview linked Billy Bob Thornton as an actor before a musician, it changed the view to an actor rather than musician!

he dont want to scream it off the roof tops dude that interview was about the band and not his movies there was three other guys there if you didnt notice it wasnt about billy bob and his acting and the focus went right to billy and his acting he made a deal with the producer not to mention any acting or movies to come on that show its not all about bragging with some people maybe you would want all to know that stuff they didnt do what they said so he didnt do a good interview like he said..
