***** VOLZ WAS FREED 12.21.07 AFTER OVER A YEAR IN PRISON - THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE SUPPORTERS WHO HELPED MAKE THIS HAPPEN ***** Dateline interviews Eric Volz and his mother Maggie Anthony. Volz spent 13 months imprisoned in Nicaragua for a crime he didn't commit. There were 10 witnesses putting Eric in Managua over two hours away from the scene at the time of the murder, and there was no forensic evidence linking Eric in any way to the crime. The prosecution's main evidence was the testimony of a co-defendant who exchanged immunity for stating that he saw Eric at the scene of the crime.

Eric Volz is innocent...any intelligent person can see that there was no evidence linking him to the crime. This was all about the politics. Eric Volz case was much more than just a murder. The government had SAM-7 missiles and they thought that having an american in custody would be some help to them while America was basically telling them to get rid of the missiles. The guilty verdict came from the government..not the judge. Its a prime example of all of the corruption in Nicaragua!!!

@TheSpudroll , there is a HUGE difference between ashkenazi JEWS and non jewish Whites. Huge difference. Look at history of european jews for the past 2000 yrs. They were kicked out of every country in Europe for crimes against non-jews. This is a fact. Even Martin Luther, one of the holiest men in the world, wrote a book documenting all the jewish crimes like rape and murder against non jews 500 yrs ago.
