The 'No Fly Zone' is real and for safety. Planes cannot fly over these areas due to atmospheric changes that lower the density of air flow. If a plane comes to the perimeter of these changes, 'lift' of the plane is lost. Secrecy of the entry point may be known but still is a mystery to topsiders. The No Fly Zone is both secrecy and safety.
