法國麵包為什麼這麼硬?法國有很多好吃的點心與甜食,為什麼法國人看起來還是很苗條呢?
為了探索法式點心的秘密,小潔在「法國烘焙美食大使」柯瑞玲老師的廚藝教室裡,學了三道點心:法式小鹹派、法式吐司和法式可麗餅。為了讓大家自己可以在家動手做,柯師特地­將小鹹派和法式吐司的食材與步驟簡化,改良成「零失敗率」的簡單點心;至於可麗餅,老師教的就是非常正統的配方,非常香濃鬆軟,跟台灣一般吃到的那種脆脆的可麗餅,口感差­很多喔!
