What i realized after listening to all the songs from instant star 3, is that no one can do it like Alexz, everyone else sux singing her songs, and the only good songs on the cd, are the ones she recorded herself!!

Look I love Alexz, and her version is right on par with her other songs, but this version is just as good, and in one way, better! I've always thought that Alexz has a very expressive voice, but Damhnait's voice is innocent in this song that it makes me want to cry! It doesn't help that I keep thinking about Patsy either.

I agree that I prefer the versions that she sings. But the ones sung by other people are not HER songs. The songwriters for the show wrote them and she sings them. Just like all the other actors. She did write some songs for the show first and fourth season but those weren't the ones that other people sang.

Maybe no one's fucking trying to imitate Alexz's over-rated songs. There are SOME out there who beat her out by a longshot. Doyle may not be one of them but to me I love this one better.
