  • Clearly, If you don't get this your stupid! She does not wanna be in that place she wants to leave but she can't . She cannot contact her loves ones (not even a phone call) she's like stuck in a place where they abuse her.

  • i dont get this at all?

  • @pattyk27 You bitch! You have no right to say that! I hope you lose everything you have!!!!!

  • @pattyk27 You obviously have not taken the time to watch every video posted by Clara1916 and therefore don't understand the "Big Picture." Honor Thy Father and Thy Mother is a lesson the disinherited daughter never learned. One reaps what they have sown.

  • Sorry but the old woman brought this on herself. Why in hell would she cut one child out of the will? Just because one helps you more financially is no excuse. And then she tell the daughter that she will get nothing and she hopes this wont cause friction? She was just a spiteful old woman who should have not cut her daughter out of the will

  • These people have no morale compass. This system we have today is so corrupted and it is milking us all dry. This is a disgrace to all Americans who have given so much to this land and for it to be taken for granted and trampled on

  • Human nature never ceases to amaze me. Rest in peace, Clara.

  • Different names and faces but a familiar story. Our family nightmare was compliments of an alcoholic money grubbing "sister", Suffolk Probate & Famnily Court (corrupt) and a host of shyster lawyers who bled us dry. LOL There is no wrath like that of a disinherited sibling.

  • THANK YOU for sharing this video- cases like this one are a BIG reason the probate laws in this country need to be changed. Let's hope the good ol' boys club of judges and lawyers wake up! People under guardianships and conservatorships are treated worse than any criminal. The probate courts are just kangaroo courts and the judges are really elected politicians, hiding their misdeeds under the cloak of judicial immunity. Beware- this can happen to just about anyone!!!

  • This has brought me into tears, I am so sick of this guardinaship crap.. Its all about the money and its evil.

  • What happened to Clara Marsh happens all too often all over this country. I commend the producer of this video for exposing the "guardianship" scam some people exploit for their own ends (greed, jealousy, revenge, sibling rivalry, etc., etc., etc.).

  • My wife and I watched these two videos. We are so sorry that you have had to endure this unfair and unjust guardianship by your brother-in-law. To hear Clara's voice and yours was expecially poignant. This should not have happened, and I hope that your legal quest for some rectification is successful. Keep us posted. By the way, Clara is a favorite family name on my mother's side. Our best thoughts and most supportive feelings are with you and your family.

  • How pathetic! The courts need to do a better job of monitoring the actions of guardians. Obtaining guardianship of a senior is often the tool unscrupulous relatives use to plunder an estate. Shameful!!! Join NASGA.

  • It is alarming how many people involved with guardians are being evicted and thrown out on the street by guardians or relatives. Usually, the person being evicted had been the one taking care or the elderly person for years. It is heartbreaking.

  • The elderly all across this country are being abused not only by court appointed guardians, but also by the children or other relatives of the elder. I believe that all decisions made on behalf of the elder must coincide with the wishes they made known earlier in life. I believe that everyone should do what the elder want and not make decisions that are based upon what others think are best for them. It is usually about money rather than the elderly persons best interest.

  • Facing similar situation here in California

with cousin seeking custody of Dad. Best advice I have gotten: GET A GOOD LAWYER

  • Wow! How sad. Our family was torn apart by the greed of my brother and sister-in-law. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
