Poi Lesson 14: The Butterfly

The Butterfly

Lesson Type: Beginners-Intermediate

Prerequisites: Basic Butterfly Spinning (and direction changing helps)

Finally, we move onto the butterfly. I'm sure you've all been waiting for this, but I consider it better to learn reels and spinning first to make this move easier and to get into smoothly. Have fun with it, it'll take practice, but you'll get it.

If you have problems, post a video response and I'll help you out.

Thank you, I'm so white, I think the camera had trouble with the exposure from the sun reflecting off my skin.

Yeah, I've been watching tutorials and I've noticed the same thing with the same direction spinning trans to butterfly >.>' It's how I learned it originally but the way you showed it just makes more sense...
