In this video, I show you how to build massive biceps and triceps at home with these 3 super set exercises (supersets are 2 exercises done back to back with no rest in between) All you need is a pair of dumbbells.

Superset Comb #1 - Dumbbell Curls/ Close Grip Push Ups - 3 super sets till failure

Superset Comb # 2 - Hammer Curls/ Dumbbell Overhead Ext - 3 super sets till failure

Superset Comb #3 - Concentration Curls/ Couch Dips - 3 super sets till failure

Tip - Make sure you use a weight heavy enough to only be able to do about 8 - 12 reps.

And while these are great arm exercises...obviously they'll work better when they're part of the right Afterburn Training routine. Afterburn Training is my unique workout system that combines compound weightlifting with short, high intensity cardio. My clients like it because you only need 4 short 30 minute workouts per week -- and it allows you to build muscle while also staying very lean.

Watch this vid to learn how YOU can start using Afterburn Training in your workouts:

  • is it better to use a heavy weight to really stress your muscle or a lower weight to make sure you do perfect form?

  • Guys, if you wanna pack on pure muscle to your arms and get as ripped as Mike (from the video...) is, you should be following the same fitness guide he does!! The Muscle Maximizer guide, from MaxYourMuscles(.)com, shows you how to pack on pure muscle by following a diet and workout plan tailored to your body type!

Check it out yourself, you can see how well it works for Mike!

  • @cbayley9 lighter weight for definition higher weights for mass... I think thats how it works

  • @cbayley9 it depends, use heavier weights to increase your strength and lower ones to tone your muscles

  • lol i got the full program on ebay for much cheaper price

  • what a ridiculous shmig

  • @cbayley9 you should strain your muscle more as muscle gain is based on muscle-fibers tearing and rebuilding themselves... but try to stick to form as well as possible!

  • so...let me get this...we're gonna do all 6 exercises without rest in between...after 1 set (6 exercises) we would rest for about 30 seconds...and then start from the beginning for the 2nd set right? is it ok doing more than 3 sets?

  • YEah I know! show off...

  • "i usually curl alittle heavier (no im MIKE CHANG!) much heavier than this"
