While I'm no expert, to me this certainly sounds like Munster Irish. I agree with the people saying it's from the Cork/Kerry area.

down the southwest coast of Ireland. I watched this on TG4 and i think it was Kerry round Dingle.. O'Se is a Cork/Kerry name
