Kim, I just wanted to tell you that your videos have helped me with my hip flexibility and have offered me more ways of maintaining my flexibility. I will continue to follow your programs with the hopes of becoming more flexible as I age. I'm not old but I feel the affects of getting older. Thanks for the great posts. And keep them coming!
