  • Its funny how people are just walking by probably thinking, "Who's this bald chink with a gross beard?" Not knowing the potential ass kicking they would receive if they messed with this guy. I wish more people knew about the ways of SHAOLIN!

  • @ThePrisonSystem "potential ass kicking" is not the way of shaolin. As a matter of fact there is no "way of shaolin". Are you talking about shaolin as a monastery (religion), as a show/performance or as a martial art? Are you talking about south or north shaolin? Anyway..

None of these involve kicking someones ass if they get provoked. And they are all very different ways of life. So basically i wish YOU knew more about the way of shaolin.

  • @oc00011 That is true. Our school made a trip to china and we visited the shaolin temple. It's more an asian disney land today, than anything else. Money making, lots of noise, cars, people and shows. Everybody is trying to sell you something. But the kung-fu is dead. Since many grandmasters left china, good kung-fu has spread all over the globe.

  • Anyone notice the HUGENESS of that beaded bracelet on his left fist?! That's how you know he's truly about it! Amituofo! :)

  • i wish i understand what they are talking about

  • @flowlikewater7 wheres the link ?

  • @Samurailord also i've heard its changed completely since the communist revolution - that shaolin traditions & practices have pretty much disappeared, or made into something else. i guess it probably must've changed from dynasty to dynasty through chinese history anyway, no?

  • @Samurailord Easy Samurai, it's just the internet! And Master Shi Dechao ! ;]

  • @ThePrisonSystem shaolin martial arts were developed to help innocent people, and to help defend themselves if they were attacked.
