Working with the tools already in the kitchen, Laura prepares her first ever raw foods cheesecake. This filling tasted delicious and better than alot of the store bought desserts. It became very firm in the refrigerator and could be used without a base crust if desired.

~Since adapting the raw food lifestyle 4 months ago, Laura has released 29 pounds. Currently she is 90% raw and still in transition. A medical diagnosis of severe anemia and leukemia prompted the change from a vegetarian diet to a raw food vegan lifestyle. Laura has experienced immense improvement in lab/blood tests as well as in her energy and overall health since switching to raw foods. UPDATE: The anemia is now reversed and cured!!!~

  • No. I should make a video showing how i do it. I separate the coconut water and meat and add probiotic to each. The coconut water is what i call kefir and the meat is what i call yogurt.

    oh, the video stopped! I wanted to see it finished, how did it turn out? Did it "solid" up? I was wondering because you didn't use the full amount of coconut oil, which I thought is what made raw desserts set-up - I could be wrong though - lol
