121308 Sprint Car Crash at Volusia Speedway Park.

My first time in my brothers Sprint Car. I literally walked away from this crash with a few bumps and bruises. The car did it's job. I feel bad that I destroyed my brothers car but, it could have been lot worse.

Wow awsome crash, atleast your ok, thats the main thing, who was working the Cam your wife, your dad, I belive I heard both of them talking, they did a great job concentrating on the crash while still concerned about you , good job all the way around. You guys can all laugh about this later hehe

I just visited Volusia for the first time this spring. FIrst thing I thought when I seen the track was wow cant believe the wall is liek that in that turn and the back stretch

wow, that is definitely one of the worst crashes I've seen. Almost head on into a concrete wall. That had to have you sore the following week.

As hockeyguy said, it does look like something broke going into the corner as you can see the spurts of flame coming out of the exhaust as the driver let off the gas.
