Since you're from Germany as well, think about it, scooters only have like 5 hp and they can be bloody fast
And what would they need to change to make it urban friendly? The threads give enough grip and it's not like we wouldn't already have machines that are stupid loud and stink (scooters)

@gokenin Segway is urban-frindly.
but do you want 1000s of Lawnmowers in your city? you will get sick of noise and stink.
I love that shredder, but it isnt for cities i think. Make it electric and strong, then it has a chance.

it has treads, it has a motor, it is urban friendly!
try making the urban areas more friendly to vehicles such as this and the segway!
