stop with all these sweets. Go back to making real meals we can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner that are low carb. CMON SON

Great idea man... I did some 2 day ago but you gave me the idea to froze the bananas first and ad some chocolate... I did them but just with peanut butter

Thank you for all your videos, I am diabetic and these are very helpful. Ive looked up other videos/recipes that say they are diabetic friendly yet they have sugar, alot of carbs or use artificial sweetners. The hardest part of eating healthy for me is knowing what to cook and you make it more simple. Thanks again!

Each banana bite has roughly:
90 calories
5g fat
6g carb
5g protein
It's better to just calculate it yourself. Just write down the amount that you used, find a total for each, then divide it by the number of banana bites you made.
