Magnetic Attraction requires 590 Zen Magnets (or equivalent neodymium balls) to make.
This design started out as a harp and evolved into a flying V where the gap in the middle is compensated by the strong magnetic field.
The standing version top strands actually fell into place like this due to gravity and is very unstable ... it wants to collapse inward ... or fall.

Zen Magnets is a fantastic, creative, magnetic puzzle. It consists of a set of 222 powerful neodymium magnet balls. Multiples of the set can be combined to make larger, more complex shapes. The reflective clarity of the Zen coating is amazing. Purchase them at http://www.zenmagnets.com
