@lafar256 That noise when shift gear or come off the throttle is called compressor surge. It's when boost hits a closed throttle plate causing the air to go back in the turbos direction. This damages your turbo over time, the best way to counter this is fit a blow off valve.

@lafar256 Type in the youtube search bar "Compressor Surge Demo". It maybe be that you need to change your blow off valve because it's not doing a good job, if I was you I would get it looked at otherwise your turbo won't last long. That's a very nice MPS though.
