Sandra, the nanny who rescued two-year-old Moshe Holtzberg from the Islamic terrorists that stormed the Chabad House in Mumbai, is expected to arrive in Israel on Monday and be granted entry by the Interior Ministry.
The toddler whose parents Rabbi Gavriel and Rivka Holtzberg were murdered in the Beit Chabad massacre along with other Israelis was reunited with his Israeli grandparents, Shimon and Yehudit Rosenberg, on Friday.
The Holtzbergs arrived in Mumbai in 2003 to run a synagogue and Torah classes as part of Chabad Movement,their door was constantly open to the hundreds of Israelis visiting the region, offering them
a place to eat and a place to sleep.
The identities of other Israelis murdered in the Chabad House aside from the Holtzbergs are
kashrut supervisors Rabbi Leibish Teitelbaum, a US citizen who lived in Jerusalem;
Bentzion Chroman, an American-Israeli from Bat-Yam; and Yochevet Orpaz, of Givatayim,
who had arrived in India to visit her daughter and two grandchildren. 11/30/08
