    I'm glad several powers of this world pay increasing attention to solar activity and fund scientific project studying it, but I guess it's just common sense. Our civilization is too dependent on technology and power grids in particular to simply count on luck. There is much to do in this field, because just like with other potential natural disaster scenarios, we need to be better prepared.

    I think I'm going to buy a portable generator soon...

    I want to make a video montage of those clips, and maybe some others from the sites he mentioned. Those are some incredible views, and some of them are VERY recent. Exciting stuff.
