but my movie is only doin like a few mb at a time and not going straight to about 200kb

if u follow the tutorial.. basicaly select a compression and select for ipod.. then the size of the video at the end will be pretty small. :)
do you mean it cuts of in the middle? humm.. id like more info.. like origonal file format and size etc :) tuy.. sorry im not much help, but im unsure what u mean precisely and could be a variation of things.. :D

the video started at 28mb and then i did excactly wat u said and it only went down to 24mb... and i had to keep doin it and it was only going down by like 4mb at a time

thats probably because its already as compressed as it can be.. by compressing and compressing, u will loose to much quality.. u need a ratio between quality and file size.. if u want a tiny file size, u will have little quality.. 28mb sounds about right for a compressed video.. :)
