Freya's codice was left behind for her children. She knew she had to go physically, her time was up. There is more to the codex than is read in words, it is the energy vibrating between the words that counts. It is there that magic is created. On a higher energy level it resonates to the Frisian incarnate. An area too vast to elaborate on here, but suffice to say that it only resonates to the Frisian, as the Frisian carries Freya's essence. She was the appointed deity to mother this people, to be their avatar, in physical form long time ago and now beyond on a higher frequency level. This is not related to anything biological. You could still be half Portugese/Frisian for example and still have a strong connection.

Freya in physical form left before the biblical flood that turned the world upside down. The great flood was caused by a planet crossing paths with earth and caused a huge shift of gravity. Earth realigning herself. Freya and her contemporaries, the creators of modern humanity know this was about to happen. They prepared the fledging peoples they cared for to stand on their own legs without their mothers and fathers support. Hence Freya's Tex, a codice directed to the Frisian (Her) people only.
