T.I.M.E. Mentoring Program FC.wmv

The Through Interest Mentees Excel (T.I.M.E.) mentoring program was modeled after Big Brothers and Big Sisters and serves Baxter and Marion Counties in Arkansas. Youth who have a mentor are 46% less likely to use drugs and 27% less likely to use alcohol.
A mentor offers friendship, support and guidance for the youth as they go through a difficult period, face new challenges or work to correct specific problems.
