Come to bicycle-country the Netherlands. This would not happen here. In a way it is the other way around. Cyclists are over-protected. Car-drivers are guilty until proven innocent.

@joefox718718 If you actually saw the video... at 2:33 you learn that it wasn't illegal. He didn't break the law, and on top of that you're being a troll by assuming that all bikers are automatically rude because if they don't ride further out in the street or on the sidewalk, their tires will get holes from all of the glass, nails, etc on the edges of roads.
