...here's what happens when Russia's answer to Captain Beefheart decides to record a country-tinged version of a classic krautrock track, originally sung by a Japanese guy (only an excerpt here - sorry!).

It's taken from 'Roqueting Through Space' - a new colour vinyl LP+7" single extravaganza from Fruits de Mer Records.

'Roqueting Through Space' includes tracks originally recorded by Can, Hawkwind, Julian Cope, Pink Floyd, Neu! and The Tornados(!), reinterpreted by great new bands including Cranium Pie's Baking Reserarch Station, Sendelia (with Nik Turner), Vibavoid, Helicon and many more.
Find out more about our 19" of krautrock and spacerock aural pleasure by heading to www.fruitsdemerrecords.com, then reserve your copy by emailing andy@fruitsdemerrecords.com

  • if you want Can's original version, that's great - it's brilliant - this is just another band's interpretation
