  • Thank you for your comments. Seen from above, this country is truly amazing. I used to fly the prairies and in it's own way that too was incredible with the huge horizon and storm cells visible for miles. Yes, you must get your pilot's license. It opens up a whole new world to you. BTW I have just posted another video, taken over Southern Vancouver Island. It is part travel, but mostly to experiment with my new helmet cam, a GoPro Hero, mounted in the cockpit. Enjoy.

  • Wow I've lived in BC my entire life all 24 years of it and I've not yet seen beauty like this. I will most deffinatly get my pilots license one day!

  • @heineken604604 Check out the lates Heineken, on VIMEO cgaif. I can't give an actual address as youtube won't allow me to send it!

  • Perfect landing!!

  • Sometimes I'm lucky. :-)

  • And thank you so much for sharing your video. Very much apreciated!

We enjoyed the 2010 Olympics also and we are just coming down from that high!

Love and Cudos to BC from Alberta!

  • My pleasure in sharing the video. I'm no expert at it, but having fun and of course the landscape is incredible. Glad you got out for the Olympics. A wonderful time and we were glued to the TV for much of it. The show of patriotism was a wonderful part of it too with the whole country seeming to be involved. A good memory!

  • I live in the Fraser Valley and so far we have the tail section ready for inspection and now working on getting the skins and fuel tanks ready to inspect

  • Where is home, and how far along are you in the construction of your RV-7? I grew up in BC but lived in the NWT and Sask for many years. Most of my flying was flat-land country until I retired to the Island. The beauty of this landscape just blows me away. (fewer places to set down safely....but maintenance is high on my list of chores! :-) Good luck with the RV....a nice airplane.

  • I Love British Columbia And I cant wait to fly like you do in our rv7a when its built. just an amazing landscape. love every bit of it. good video!!
