yes I make the stamp. it is a very simple device. Vinyl cove base...the rubber in a school between the wall and the floor. Glued to a board, cut out 2 your design

yes normal acrylic or latex based paint.The stamp is wood glue and vinyl COVE BASE the stuff in schools between the floor and wall. Remember designs need to be in reverse to stamp,or print properly.
