you should have put some of that onion and garlic sauce into the pan and get all that flavour suck to the pan off and put that in the pot

Great, deglaze next time. Think about all those great meat flavours left in the pan after searing. Good job tho!

sometimes you have to trim the fat so it won't curl up thus searing more area of meat surface.

Great video, I soak the brisket in a stout beer for 24 hours before cooking.
